Location: Swansea/Bloor West is one of the best Toronto neighborhoods, a well-established, walkable residential area. The house is within 5 min walk from the High Park west entrance and Grenadier Pond and 7 min walk (or 2 min bus rides) to the Runnymede subway station. Just over a kilometer to the south lies the lakefront and the promenade. A few minutes walk to the north will take you to the trendy Bloor St. West.
Commuting to the central Toronto is fairly easy - 20 min subway ride from Runnymede to Bay& Bloor or by 501 streetcar to the downtown core.
You will enjoy the quiet charm of Swansea with its well-kept houses, leafy trees, hills, parks,ponds etc. It takes a few minutes to get to Gardiner by car.
