Looking for a comfy, welcoming place to call home in a gorgeous, character-filled Victorian house? we're looking for someone to join our home by renting out the fully private lower level basement suite, in the heart of Queen West.

Seeking long term roommate, Available June 1st. You will be added to the lease with everybody else (4 roommates).

Large bright lower level space in a 5 bedroom Victorian house, with your own bathroom and what could be a mini kitchenette area, as there is a sink and fridge down there, as well as your own entrance to the house. It is quite bright, very private, quiet, and cozy! Parking spot available in our garage.
There is also laundry (free) in the lower level (basement) and a room we use for storage.

Location: Trinity Bellwoods. Near Queen St., Dundas, and Ossington. It's a really lovely neighbourhood, on a quiet, tree lined street.

Price: $1340. Utilities are extra, wifi is around $20 each, hydro is around $35 each , gas bill changes seasonally so has been anywhere between like
$10-$80 each (cheaper in the summer). We also pay renters insurance which has been about $7 each.

Required documents as per our landlords request: Credit score, Consumer Ontario debt amount if applicable, Bank statement, letter of employment & proof of income, reference letter from current landlord or roommate.

Rent control: Yes.

Accessibility info: there are a few stairs leading up to the front door, and a few stairs going down to your room from outside for your own entrance. There is a staircase from your room to the main level which has the kitchen and living room.

We're a friendly and cool group of 4 queer women, 20's-30's in age, and looking for a 5th roommate. We have 2 Sphynx cats, and are not looking for any more pets, sorry!
